Increased Schedule Options
“We are listening to the needs of our customers on both sides of the Atlantic and we are responding with an additional second daily service next summer,” said Marcel Fuchs, United’s vice president of Atlantic and Pacific Sales. “United’s service between our Newark hub and Belgium offers customers greater access to Europe’s capital city and options to connect to many destinations throughout Europe and Africa.”
“We warmly welcome the decision of our Star Alliance transatlantic partner United to launch a second daily Brussels-Newark service,” said Brussels Airlines Vice President Sales Benelux, Europe and America Frédéric Dechamps. “This new flight is a strong reinforcement for our growing Brussels Airlines/Star Alliance hub at Brussels Airport and nicely complements Brussels Airlines’ own daily service to JFK. Our clients will enjoy more travel flexibility to New York and many destinations beyond. Thanks to our cooperation, we will also create with this additional service new travel solutions via Brussels Airport and Brussels Airlines to destinations in Europe and Africa.”
